The brand awareness campaign generated increased interest leading to research on paid social and search platforms where name recognition and brand familiarity were continued through ads that allowed potential customers to request information and appointments.
The timing of the marketing campaign throughout the year was also intentionally shifted in this goal year to begin in February compared the short March through July schedule of the previous year.
Shifting the campaign timeframe to earlier in the year allowed the business to generate more leads beginning earlier in the work season, to spread out jobs over more months and create a manageable workload. The overall results were that the business surpassed its previous year’s success with over 180 leads, and time left to achieve even more.
